Who de need?

We are looking for a systematic and methodical content writer & community manager, with an in-depth marketing collateral, campaign and operational knowledge. Someone who knows how to develop creative artifacts and consistently deliver high-quality output on time. You must have demonstrated experiences and be best-in-class standards to keep a brand marketing engine running smoothly, with a Life Science IT Services and/or Software product company in the B2B Tech marketplace. You need to have impeccable English writing/communication skills and be good at collaborating in a multi-country / cultural environment. You should be able to view the detailed facts clearly, but also have a holistic overview. The community you will be required to engage on an ongoing basis will be C-level IT procurement decision makers in Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. This person will basically establish the communication tone of the NewPage brand for our Target market and overall ecosystem.

  • Overall, s/he will be responsible for supporting the content needs of the company’s portfolio of Solutions/platforms/ products through thought leadership B2B contents and artifacts that can be used in campaigns, events, go to market sales outreach, etc.
  • Should have a hands-on experience with content syndication strategy and techniques and platforms of the industry
  • Should have experience with writing articles for publishing Media and social media alike
  • The successful candidate will drive digital and print marketing content and manage marketing thought leadership programs ( primarily at LinkedIn, Quora and NewPage website/microsites) that effectively position products/platform/solutions to generate sales leads across the US, EU, and APAC regions
  • Will be responsible for marketing and communications deliverable that include: the development and design of sales one-sheets and language support in presentation decks to prospects, Web content, email marketing campaigns, white papers, cases, web videos storyboarding, blog, and other social media contents, and trade show collaterals
  • S/he will also be part of the marketing team’s effort to plan, direct, and implement the company’s corporate brand and overall marketing communications strategy
  • S/he will be responsible for communicating consistent messages across media channels and ensure that key, strategic messages are communicated to target audiences seamlessly
  • Will be accountable to develop, execute and measure marketing programs, campaigns, and lead generation activities to support sales and drive the success of high-impact marketing initiatives
  • Managing day to day content and marketing operation cadence
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-8+ years’ experience with various marketing contents/ collaterals creation, brand and demand gen campaign execution, and event management.
  • Must have strong copywriting and editorial skills with a clear understanding of B2B tech/Life Sciences. artifacts.
  • Must be exceptionally good in creating marketing collaterals – ppts, brochures, white papers, case studies, eBooks, website content, PR/media stories, video storyboarding, social media contents, sales pitches, etc.
  • Running end to end webinar, round tables content needs – managing organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collaborate and deliver.
  • Crafting media/PR stories as and when required aligning with media houses and newswires.
  • Must have experience and skill set necessary to manage marketing project planning, creative development, and production of communications vehicles for existing and prospective customers.
  • Some digital marketing exposure and experience, with an emphasis on email marketing.
  • Experience with various media/software tools pertaining to marketing campaigns is desirable.
  • Creative sense, fresh and out of box thinking with an ability to develop outstanding marketing collateral.
  • Must collaborate and work well with agencies, media, sales teams, internal clients and senior stakeholders. Also experienced working strategically and efficiently across departments and teams.
  • Basic understanding with HTML, web content management, CRM, e-marketing automation software and web analytic tools is preferred – though not a must.
  • Ability to multitask, highly self-motivated and a great team member with a high interpersonal skill.

  • Must have the curiosity and technical aptitude to learn about technical product/solution details and quickly adapt to the rapid changes that evolve with marketing via web and social media.
  • Good to have some experience with CMS / Marketing Automation, CRM – though not mandatory.
