Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute user-centric, high-quality documentation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create, refine, and continuously improve documentation
  • Work closely with other Technical Writers to identify and address technical documentation gaps
  • Pro-actively engage and collaborate with teams to improve user experience and documentation quality
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in software Technical Writing: interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs), creating user-centric written documentation, articulating technical content for a range of audiences (work sample portfolio encouraged).
  • Proficiency with Confluence, GitHub, and Markdown.
  • Native-level proficiency in US English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with developer, product, and QA professionals. Experience managing documentation user feedback.
Preferred:
  • Experience leading a small group of technical writers
  • Experience working in both front and back-end web development documentation
  • Experience in technical writing for development platforms
  • Experience with collecting and applying documentation user metrics and analytics
  • Experience supporting multiple agile development teams simultaneously
  • Experience running service-level scalable/reusable documentation systems.

External Relationships:Prospects and customers
Responsibilities
  • Prospect (Hunting): Use personal and professional network, company contact lists and CRM, and other sources to identify prospective customers in the assigned territory.
  • Qualify: Collect and thoroughly understand prospects requirements, budget constraints, key stakeholders, decision-making process, and other factors required to fully qualify the sales opportunity and establish deal closure probability along with forecasted close date.
  • Pitch: Perform sales presentations/demos to match company products and solutions to identified customer needs.
  • Account Development (Farming): Build relationships with existing customers to understand and identify their objectives and needs and align to company products and services where opportunities exist.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned quarterly & annual sales objectives and quotas and build new revenue streams through growth of the business relationships with new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • End to end ownership of entire sales cycle: Owns the prospecting, needs analysis, qualifying, proposal development, contract negotiation, closing and post-sales relationship.
  • Pipeline management: Leverage company’s CRM to document, monitor, analyze and manage pipeline and sales activity against assigned quarterly targets.
  • Sales planning: Develop and execute strategic revenue growth plan for the assigned territory.
  • Marketing support: Provide input to marketing programs and support in-person and virtual marketing events (conferences) as a company representative.
  • SDR management: Responsible for building and managing a team of SDRs to build effective and target prospecting campaigns.

Academic/Technical Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline. MBA preferred.

Test Automation & Manual Engineer

  • 5+ yrs. of overall experience and minimum of 2 exp in automation testing
  • Good experience in Python, PyTest, Gherkin, Selenium, TestRail, Jira
  • Mobile automation testing experience required
  • Experience with complex apps and large teams
  • A tool such as Appium and JMeter preferred
  • Design automated tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. This includes determining priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.
  • Identify and Report Bugs
  • Analyse bug reports and highlight problems to help identify fixes for them
  • Deliver regular reports identifying these bugs to other members of the engineering team.
  • Install and set up databases and backup applications to prevent errors and protect against data loss.
  • Investigate systems to identify potential quality issues that could affect apps
  • Pro-active, good communicator and collaborator, willing to learn and teach
  • Overlapping with EST, if required
  • Conversational to Fluent English communication is a must.
